People have a psychological nature to evaluate themselves on their intentions and others by their actions (because we can't see what others are thinking, only what they do).
This inevitably can lead to frustration as you think your team is stupid, throwing, etc.
You can improve your understanding/empathy of your teammates by intentionally asking what your teammate was trying to do.
By understanding their intentions (and not the outcome) you will not only improve your empathy but you may be able to help their decision-making process, helping you win more rounds.
After a failed clutch, you can also explain what you were trying to do/were thinking. This will also help ease your team's frustration towards you.
I know it can be frustrating but never flame your teammates. It's not productive and will only increase your odds of losing. If your teammates are worse than you, try to elevate their performance by boosting morale and helping them play effectively with the team.
