Does anyone have some tips on how to get out of iron/bronze? I'm a bit hardstuck atm and teamwork/logics don't really seem to do the trick so far :| Friend-stacking is also not really an option atm, since I don't really have any friends who play valorant

Tips to getting out of a bad mentality?
Recently I deranked from Silver to Bronze and my mental is just all over the place, I get tilted so easily for no reason and I feel like I've forgotten how to aim, any tips to improve my mental?

Is it justified/obligatory to throw/troll/AFK the moment someone is found to be cheating?
One of my friends says you should just keep playing after reporting but personally I think validating this type of thing at all is completely asinine.
