Quick context. I have a friend group of a few friends, around iron-bronze (i'mma hit silver soon hype). Whenever we manage to full stack, I always take the role as the 'plan maker', try to analyze the enemy team and our current performance and try to make a plan for how we should approach the rounds. I really enjoy it, and I think the rest of my friends apreciate someone taking initiative for orginising the team.
Recently as we've been ranking up, we've been starting to face some really sweaty opponents, and i've just started getting stumped as to what strategy to use to beat them. I know some matches are just not winnable, but we've been losing pretty close matches too.
I would just like to know if anyone has any tips for how to be a better in game leader, or strategies, or mindsets, or anything like that that might help us as a team to do better?
