I'm a diehard Jett main and she's always going to be my favorite, and the same could be said for Reyna. I exclusively played them Act 1 and 2 and saw a lot of success and climbed the ranked ladder. I had my off games, but they were so rare that I was confident instalocking either of them. But this season, I started having more off games then not. After a particularly brutal string of losses where I was the reason my team lost, I decided to just play Omen and play support for my team. I started winning more games by just asking my team, "where do you want smokes/flash?" Sure, I wasn't fragging as much as I used to, but I was winning more rounds and that's all that matters.

I found myself gravitating to Omen even if I was playing well as hes extremely flexible. He's a really good support-duelist hybrid. I tried playing supports before like Sova and Cypher, but I always felt like I never really had playmaking options, and that they required a dedication to learn them that I didn't really feel like giving. But Omen's relatively simple, and in clutch situations I always felt like I had options for fighting like I did on duelists. He's self sufficient and you can either play him passively and ask your team where they want utility, saving your ult for quick rotates and repositions. Or you could play him aggressively, using the smokes for your benefit and flashing and TPing around the enemy to get easy picks. Or you could play a mix of both.

I've honestly started seeing improvement in my own play as well just playing Omen, and I win way more rounds and games by having a support mindset. I still play Jett and Reyna and my time is evenly split between the 3, but for all those duelist mains out there who have off days, which happens to everyone, try out Omen.
