I told my team in a diamond lobby that I was radiant after an ace on pistol round and got 4k in the second round and they started to play so much better. I didn’t even had to try for the rest of the match and they were playing like an actual team. If i told them I was a diamond and had a lucky round this would not have happened. I don’t even understand the mentality behind this but it just works.
