I just met some people that were insanely toxic in agent select which forced me to dodge, and I got a penalty for it.

They (2 people) insta-locked the worst duelists (yoru included), and one instantly said in chat "I am trolling". So that he forces us to either dodge or be forced to play with trollers and toxic people. In addition they were rude in voice chat. There is no way for me to report them since I dodged.

This is abysmal behaviour and there should be a way to report them! Honest people should not get punished for dodging intentionally dodging people that misuse the system.

It is insane how rude and disrespectful some people can be, even for no reason. It is sad to see people act like this and Riot should do something about it.
