For those who are unaware, if you are gonna try out a new agent please please try it in ANY mode but competitive. I'm playing 5 rounds in a row with people who have no clue how to use utilities from agents and in the end lose games and thus lose rank.

Should the Surrender (/ff) option have a cooldown for players that frequently use it wastefully?
