I think we should be able to try out skins (and skin-levels) in the range. I would really like to test out some skins before purchasing them and im pretty sure others have been uncertain when buying a 70$ skin pack. You can pick up most skins on the ground in-game but im mostly talking about knives here. You would only be able to test out said knife/gun skin when it is in your item shop.

I think it would be more easy for the new people and players overall if agents would be divided by their categories and put in groups of duelists, sentinels and etc. What do you think?

This is just not fun, I got literally destroyed by higher skill level players.. I'm gold 3 without a great experience on the game and I keep being matched with high platiniums and diamonds, my team hate me each game. How many time will this...
