When you tie, you either receive a "rating slightly increased" or a "rating didn't change". I tracked my RP after getting an equal sign, rating didnt change, to see that it actually went down by 3. When riot introduced the new overtime system in the [1.03 Patch Notes](https://playvalorant.com/en-us/news/game-updates/valorant-patch-notes-1-03/) , they said that "Players might gain rank off a draw but will never lose rank". Apparently you can lose rank off of a draw, albeit a very small amount relative to a loss.

How tf does this ranking system work???????
Im just wondering how this worked. I am in very low elo (b3) and i got a 13-7 team mvp win. I thought i would have gotten 20+ points AT LEAST. but i got 14, FOURTEEN, like how tf does this work. also before, i have not gotten 20+ points in...
