I have had someone access my account, play a few games, changed my settings and spend some in game currency. I've changed my password, buy how else can I prevent this from happening? How were they able to in the first place?

12-0 with 12 kills each (with 12 deaths each in the enemy team)

I was playing a game on Split today. Everyone just got in the flow and we got 12 rounds T side. As we started the defender side, pressed Tab and saw this.
We all tried to make it 13 each at the end of the map....
