Unplayable Lag Spike recently

Has anyone been experiencing lag spikes recently? Ever since Chamber came out valorant has been unplayable for me. Ping sits at 30 but every 2 seconds I get lag spikes. I can't even strafe without getting teleported into enemy crosshair.

Does anyone know if this can be fixed on my end?

Edit: thanks to someone’s response all I had to do was reinstall the game and it runs smooth again!

Everyone's so good

In Act 2, I was a plat 1, almost ranked up to plat 2 and consistently top-3rd fragging and started from silver 2. Since the new act, everyone's been destroying me, and my gunplay feels so... different. It feels like im 500ms behind the game...

Why cant i see dead bodies anymore?

I only see disks with a picture of the dead characters on it? I hate it because it glows the same color as someone who is alive so i end up shooting one almost everytime.
