Unpopular opinion I think the Neptune Vandal is the best

I know this skin gets a lot of hate because of the sound and the lack of a finisher but it's the one skin that I feel comfortable using as a phantom user with bad aim

I tried the reaver and the prelude to chaos but the sound really loud for my ears

PS : idk but why the guns and the VFX are so loud and distracting but I need to hear those steps 😁
