What are your experiences or comments about VALORANT’s current state, what do you believe will be the new Meta? Which agents are underused/need rework/buffs?

Anyone encounters the "This game is not available on your operating system" dialogue on the client?
This was observed on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 by 2 of my friends. The game always worked and they are on compatible operating systems with the latest drivers. Somehow a reboot seems to fix the problem but not always.
