It's talked about quite often that players should be warming up before a ranked session, but no one ever talks about re-warming up. After a few games or maybe a tilting loss, you may notice your aim and focus going away and not what it was when your session just started. When you start to notice this happen, take a quick break, rehydrate as this is overlooked to staying focused and do your warmup session all over again. This will reenergize you and get you to focus on your aim again.
Its really easy to start to let your crosshair drift and start forgetting the fundamentals after a extended session.
It's helped me climb to diamond and not get tilted so easily.
