Recently I noticed, everytime I queue an unrated match with friends [Plat 1, Gold 3 (me), Silver 1, Bronze 3 and Bronze 1] we're getting queued against high ranked players e.g. high diamonds - immortals. Once we got queued against a full stack Radiant team (They were trolling, playing only deagle or bucky, but still just completely demolishing us), how is that possible? And then there are always these one or two duelist on their team, who get 30-40 kills. I really want to keep playing with my friends, but I don't want to be always stomped/rolled like that. Mostly happens when we're at least 2-3 premates.

Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing the same thing?
