Unresponsive game

Basically the title. Got into the game, but can't move, can't buy, also looks like no one can see my messages or voice coms. Can even leave the game. Can still see all the other messages from the players and pings. Has this happened to anyone else?

Does anyone know if Skye can get non damaging assists?

I know that Sage heals can give an assist if the healed player gets a kill. Does anyone know if Skye heals work the same? Also, do you know if her blinds count for an assist? Thanks
