Basically as the title says.
This is compared to just (1) updrafting, (2) jumping and then updrafting, and (3) updrafting then jumping (if that is even a thing).
I just realized this while I was in the Shooting Range at the walls just directly outside with the three arches. A single updraft couldn’t get me up, a jump followed by an updraft (at the peak of the jump) couldn’t get me up, but a jump and updraft at the same time could easily get me on the wall. Try it yourself!
Not too sure if this small detail is well-known but it was new for me!
