Tried restarting my PC, logout login, nothing works anyone else facing this kind of problem

People in this game don't want you to be good at the game
It's really frustrating when you're a new player and have little or no experience with CSGO or other similar games and your teammates just berate you and don't help you. Idk, it just sucks. I think this game looks and feels pretty damn cool...
