I made this concept because i was bored and wanted to ask is he too overpowered/underpowered etc.

Dlamini

Type: Sentinel

Country: South Africa

Dlamini is a famous hacker from South Africa who uses his skills to mess up the enemy team's tactics. With abilities to restrict areas he ensures that the enemy team won't get access to victory.

C - Tactical wall (two poles so one charge)

Dlamini deploys two destroyable poles which he can activate to form a wall which you cannot shoot through (you can see and walk through it).

Q - Backdoor (one charge)

Dlamini shoots a dart which disables target's minimap and lowers sound volume.

E - Proximity mine (two charges)

Dlamini can deploy two proximity mines which explode disabling target's shields. If the target has no shields proximity mines take 25 damage.

X - Security breach (8 or 7 ult points i am not sure)

Dlamini hacks the enemy team's armory store denying the enemy team's access to two weapons of his choice next round.

To clarify the ultimate when used he would be afk for 20 seconds much like a killjoy ult to use it (it can be cancelled tho).
