I'm not refering to the new updated ones for Fade, Harbor or Gekko, but EVERY single agent icon looks like its quality was reduced, it all looks weirdly cropped and some icons look very inconsistent when compared to others, I feel like it wasn't intentional and it looks VERY ugly.

Isn't the closeness of the game supposed to affect how much you lose? Was Riot just lying all along and we only recently got to see the numbers to prove it? They made a solid argument in favor of the system back in beta, why isn't it (still/ever) in place?
