I am quite new to Valorant, it is my first rank season. Having an experience with CSGO (Highest rank DMG), I know I can do decent in Valorant. But I've been noticing there some Silver/Gold players who play like Immortal, and Plat-Diamond players who play like Silver.
I am aware that there are smurfs here and there, but lately I meet more of them. In 10 games, 5 or 6 of them have smurfs on a good day. Some of them are closet cheaters, I think, maybe in 1 of 10 games. I actually know someone personally who is a closet cheater, so I know it happens.
I'm wondering just WHY. I think I now know the answer.
Just search "Valorant Boosting Service" in Facebook search bar and you will see.
Funny thing is, these diamond-radiant smurfs play on 3-5 man stacks. I guess they're all earning money together?

Even moderators of a Valorant group here in the Philippines allowed those posts, while my post about Valorant eSports got declined.
I am just WOWed that the community has nothing to say about it. Even the pros are silent about it. Isn't Competitive Matchmaking supposed to be "FAIR"? I will understand if I have the same number of smurfs on my OWN team, but that rarely happens.
This is why SOLO RANKED is a joke at the moment.
It's where smurfs/cheaters boost their account for a living, in 3-5 man parties. Sure, you will have a fair game 30-50% of the time, but does rank still matter at this point? I think playing 10-man lobbies is the way, but there is no public initiative for this yet.
