Pearl's coming up, it's water themed so I made a water-themed character concept. I think I haven't made a controller character yet, so here's one.

Got a lil lazy with the skill icons this time, but I hope you like it!

One With Water

When an enemy enters River's bodies of water, an audio cue will be played.

Similar to how cyfer's cage works, but with every single one of her abilities, it won't show who exactly entered it. I added this because I felt her abilities were a bit underwhelming

Dousing Cloud

INSTANTLY throw a vortex orb that expands into a cloud on impact with a surface. HOLD the ability key to curve the smoke in the direction of your crosshair. Enemies' damaging abilities that comes into contact with the water sphere is nullified. This ability stays up until River's water pool is depleted.

I couldn't find the right wording, but this is basically an anti-lineup/molly smoke. Guns will still go through though. It's like viper's smoke but can't be picked up.

De-friction

EQUIP a torrent orb. FIRE to throw a torrent orb forward that detonates upon landing, creating a lingering field that accelerates and reduces the accuracy of players caught inside of it.

It's like a reverse slow orb and basically if u walk into it ur aim will be as if you were run and gunning even when you're standing still.

Diverging Tide

EQUIP a riptide launcher. FIRE to deploy a long line of gas emitters. HOLD FIRE to bend the wall in the direction of your crosshair. RE-USE the ability to create a tall wall of water at the cost of River's water pool. This ability can be RE-USED more than once.

Basically Viper's wall but not toxic and can be bent like phoenix's, the special feature would be when combined with the passive.

Downpour

EQUIP the power of rain. FIRE to launch a lingering rain field around River. Enemies caught in the field are deafened, nearsighted and have their accuracy reduced. Using this ability resets River's water pool. HOLD the ability key to disperse the rain early.
