Valorant flashes not showing the circle flashed indicator.

Has anyone encountered this issue where the circle "flashed" indicator doesn't show whenever you flashed the enemy and only shows when the flash on their side is gone? This has happened for a long time now and hasn't been fixed. Anyone else?
