Whenever I play an agent that has a support ability, my teammates asks a lot whether I still have the said ability or not. I play at Diamond elo and usually solo queue. Its a hassle to always ask for something when we are focusing on a coming fight. And sometimes that loss in focus is what costs us the round.

Players should know that you can check your teammates abilities by pressing your L-Alt (Left Alt) Key. The game has been out for long enough and I think most players should know about it especially since it involves coordination and information in utility as a team.

Use your L-Alt key for info, not to Alt+Tab and switch windows.
