First of all, I love the 100% fair and square matchmaking system that Valorant have. Compare to other games like CS:GO or Overwatch, this game have a developer team that listen to the ccommunity and act accordingly.

Second of all, the ranking system is working 100% as intended. I'm playing on OCE Sydney server (JohnOfArc#moai). Hardstuck Gold 3 because of skill issues and totally not because of the matching at all. When I am Gold 2-3 I got match with Plat and Diamond with similar skills. This indicate that the ranking system logically flawless by the fact that I need to beat the play at the same level to be at the higher rank.
