Valorant Matchmaking is (NOT) Balanced

I truly hope this post does not get deleted since I'm no expert in Matchmaking algorythms and whatnot. What I'm about to say is my experience in the game. However I'm sure that MANY players have experience the same, because it just happens every time. Happened today.

I wasn't really playing the game for at least 1 month and a half, got back today. Played a couple DM's and started playing rankeds. First match found, Icebox. I pick Fade. We had a good comp, we stomp the guys. I win a 1v3 clutch, having little to 0 problem clicking the enemy team's heads. It went smoothly. We won. I was the 2nd topfragger. OK, I'm happy with this. Let's give another go, right?

Match found, Icebox again. Pick Fade again. 8 rounds in a row and I'm just getting stomped. Not only me but my team as well. Our comp was nearly exactly the same as the last match but still none of us makes any difference. 9 rounds in a row and I'm 0/9, it just started to get better on the other half of the game. We lost.

Now, I've had this impression for a while: everytime I make a difference in a game, win decisive rounds, take the free kills, punish the mistakes of the other team and generaly make a great match, it seems like I'm punished for it in the next one. Idk, it seems to me that the game views it like this:

"Oh, you did a VERY good job in this match! You must a pro or something, that can't be right, lemme adjust something here... there! In your next match you'll be queued with some guys that you can't even trade with! Good luck, hope it's more balanced now!"

I get that every game is different, but specifically in this case I should be able to do MORE, right? It was the same map, the same agent, my muscular memory is VERY recent to the crosshair placement and angles I can get the most advantage on... and still, I'm able to do nothing against the enemy team. I don't always play the SAME way everytime, I always try to adapt mid-game. But nothing worked. The enemy team was CLEARLY way better. It was NOT balanced at all.

Have you guys had any similar experiences? I'm positive you have, but please feel free to tell me that I'm not alone.
