Valorant performance

So I have two accounts on valorant and am noticing something quite irritating. Just to be clear BOTH ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN SET TO THE SAME SENSITIVITY. When I play on my main account aiming feels so much more slow and sluggish, but on my alt account it feels so much lighter and easier to aim. If anyone could tell me why this is happening and how to fix it I would very much appreciate it.

Which agent's ult is the most annoying to go up against?

Personally for me, it has to be Phoenix's as he sets off my utility and/or destroys them before his team can push (I play a lot of Killjoy). What's yours?
