So it happens once a day where we finished agent locking then the name shows up as usual and it took too long to load. After it finish loading, we spawned where its buy phrase and I can’t seem to buy anything or equip anything so what I did was exit and open valorant again but it deducts my rr. So my teammate said i didnt move and spawned after 1-2 round.

Did anyone had this problem? If so how can I fix it? I’ve redownload valorant before too but it doesn’t do anything.
