Valorant Radio Commands Mute

Is there a way to mute the radio commands the agents say like "I need aid", "Hello" etc. Even just a way to make it text only would be good. People trolling keep spamming them and it's hard to hear.

How do you effectively practice aim and gunplay in this game?

I tried playing Deathmatch a few times and every single time there were people listening for my footsteps and preaiming me or slow walking up to me and doing a bunch of other weird shit. Plus the three second respawn is horrible. I remember...
