So I have been hovering around silver on my account. At one point, I grinded to silver 3 from silver 1 and it took me around 10 games to do so. I was wondering when I went inactive for 2 weeks, and played on the account again, it placed me higher (gold 1) after a win of 13-11. I then won another game after and it instantly ranked me up to gold 2. How does this even happen? It took me so many games in silver to rank up, and now its quick? Does anyone else experience this?

Can you see someone's old riot ID/ username?
My boss is really into Valorant and wants to start queuing with me, but my username isn't all too "work appropriate," and I don't want them to really see that.
If I change my username, will it still show in other places, or in any webs...
