Valorant ranked could use a rating system to split up nice players and toxic players

Pretty much CSGO's commend system with also the ability to give someone a bad rating. Ranked mode should then group people with either good ratings or bad ratings, essentially punishing people for being toxic or rewarding people for being good teammates. There could be some sort of value that goes up or down depending on how often someone is getting marked as toxic or marked as friendly. Please let me know if you have a suggestion on how this could work.

The options I think Valorant can include after the match are the following:

Positive attributes:

  1. Friendly
  2. Communicates
  3. Good leader

Negative attributes:

  1. Doesn't communicate
  2. Toxic/Arrogant
  3. Doesn't play with team

And yes, I know griefing is reportable already but everyone knows that reporting someone essentially does nothing other than give them a small chat ban that still allows them to play ranked........

For the value or morality value I think it should start out as neutral then go up or down depending on the percentage of positive or negative votes that player gets after a few games. This would keep people from abusing the system just to get someone's rating down.
