Valorant shop system needs a rework.

This is my shop for the last 11 days, what I noticed is that I will never get my ion Phantom nor op( 2 months waiting btw ). The things I saw wrong with this shop system.

1- Only 4 slots

2- Random guns

3- certain skins actually show more than others

4- One bundle at a time

the system was ok when we were on act1, now it is stupid to not change it.

Why can’t we have all agents unlocked in custom games?

I feel like this is a pretty standard feature in most game, where when you go in customs, you can play with any agent you want. Is there a reason why this isn’t so in Valorant? I feel like experimenting with agents in 10 man’s could be use...
