Valorant Survey for a School Research Project

Hello! I am a student with the AP Research program. As part of my investigation into the frequency of perceived harassment in Valorant's communication systems, I'm asking players to take this survey. Cant change player voice volume

Every time I lower the volume and exit settings it goes back to 50%. Anyone know how to fix this? I press escape after changing the % and it resets back to 50 I press exit settings and the same thing happens too
