This problem has been for 3 years now and it has been repeatedly reported in every corner of the internet and still riot haven't fixed it. Please do not remove this - This is not a help request - This is to talk about the fact that this problem still exist and there haven't been a fix for it.

Do you guys have the issue?If you do, you will end up starting the game again at some point and it wont work then you will check the task manager and see that's its running for some odd reason.

Do you guys feel this should've been fixed already?
