Is there any way to use a camera tool like League's to remove assets on spectator mode and turn everything green so I can create animations to use for a project that I have?

Anyone facing jumpy lag in game? Like your graphic card display you're getting the right frames but the game is like skipping half a second worths frames. Noticed this especially on laptops

I hover around silver 1. And every time I run a game, it's always 2 duelists, 1 initiator, 1 sentinel, and 1 smoke. I see on pro matches that they sometimes have 2 initiators or even 2 smokes. Why can't we do it like the pros? Edit: thanks...
