Anyone else have crazy high Ping after the newest patch that just updated today?

Just earlier today I was getting green for west and middle america, now everything is in red. This seems to be just an issue for valorant, and usually happens for me. Anyone else?

Packet Loss should affect the bar thing beside your ping

Played on HK server today because it was green and showed 20 something ms. Did not have a good time. My packet loss was so bad I was practically time travelling.
