Viper really does need love, and while asking for buffs isnt new news making skins that match as agent will make people want to play those agents
Reaver = Omen
Glitchpop = Killjoy
Ego matches most Duelists from context and alot of colors
viper doesnt have much, spline?? Gravitional Uranium blablabla??? the new serenity( ehh)
But what about a Black and Green Singularity? 10 min photoshop session later to see my dream!

Cypher will never be viable as long as his trips can be triggered/broken by nearly every agent's util in the game
I played Cypher in the PBE last weekend (and probably will again this weekend), and while the Cypher buffs allowing for 50% longer trips do allow for some really cool setups, they become completely meaningless when faced with most of the ag...
