Didn't know what to title this post. Anyway...
- Since the latest buff, I've realized that the issue is almost never the pickup distance, but more so the angle. Common when you have thrown a halfway smoke, for example, even tho you are close to the smoke, you can't find a proper angle to aim at it to pick it up. Might be a corner of a box in the way for example. Suggestion: If you are really close to the smoke, let's say 1-2m you should be able to pick up by aiming through a box or similar that might be blocking your vision.
- Picking up the smoke should be done by holding down Q (or F) instead of clicking the same button (F) that is used for grabbing ropes and picking up guns. I don't know how many times I've thrown a smoke and it has landed on a dropped gun, and when I try to pick it up I get the weapon instead, and my old weapon lands on top of the smoke so it's still blocked, so you need to pick it up, throw it somewhere else, and then pick up the smoke. Another example is ropes like on Split, Icebox, and Breeze, even tho you are aiming at the smoke, you get the hover for the smoke, and you press F but somehow you are grabbing the rope instead because you are standing close to it. This one is really annoying and I can't tell how many times I've died because of it.
Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

As much as I hate toxic players, I would definitely enjoy some compliments for a clutch!
The game is 11-11, playing soloQ comp on Silver 2 and it was down to 1v4 (3+1revived)
I did the most amazing clutch which even I couldn't believe. Winning that round brought us to match point, further getting us to with the game. Yet I did...

Low framerate players of Valorant: what is the best you can do?
I'm really curious as to the impact a framerate of 60 or below can have on a players performance. Sure it's pretty bad to have a framerate that low, but how much does it matter?
