Viper viability

Just started maiming viper she’s really good. Ik she’s good in bind, breeze, and icebox but can I play her on any map? Heard she’s not as viable on ascent and haven but wasn’t sure.

I am just a sad phoenix looking at "TOP VALORANT FUNNY MOMENTS" and saw lot of vids people waiting and knifing phoenix after the ult ended
