Why does people add you as a friend but they don't play when invited?

Sometimes I got a friend request from randoms but when I ask them to play a game they ignore me. Why making a request then?

Is it just me, or does changing DPI make my aim feel different (even when I adjust the sens accordingly?)

For some reason, 400 x 0.6 sensitivity feels a lot better for me than 800 x 0.3. I have no idea why this is, after all both have an edpi of 240. I was wondering if anyone experienced the same thing or has an answer. “Why does it matter?”...
