Can a visualize sound effects setting be added pls I am half deaf so I can’t hear directions and it would be really useful for people like me and deaf people

As a Karambit owner i will really appreciate if i can have my knife glowing most of the time and not only when im droping 30 kills
Not only because i put 50$ bucks on it, but also because i even put radianite to unlock the sfx and make the damn knife glow. Best case escenario make us to be able to select if we want the blade glow or not. or at least reduce the requerim...
