After playing another competitive with a player who doesn’t have Voice Chat enabled, I have a question: Why do Riot allow players without Voice Chat to play competition matches, although in the same time players with the banned Voice Chat not allowed?
As for me, this is almost identical, so why are players who has turned off Voice Chat allowed to play in the competitive mode? How can I and my team communicate normally with such a person? I think this problem should be heard somehow by the developers to fix it.
What do you think about it, guys?

Do you guys think it is a bad gaming culture in Valorant, when people are barking in game chat to get a gun?
My brother is a cry baby, and got angry when I told someone to bark for me, so I would drop them a Sheriff.
