I had two matches where the team voice chat was open. They could hear everything I said without me pushing any button.
I even went to options and selected "team chat off" to take a call but every one could still hear me.
After the match ended, I could still talk with my team.
Seriously? wtf kind of bug is that.

There should be an option to privatise your match history.
Not only would this be useful for the anxious players in the community, pro players have complained that match visibility in the career tab is revealing too much information about scrims (see: Hiko's patch 1.11 video).
