Vote-to-kick IS A MUST

Look at this shit, he wasn't even trolling, but literally Valorant's most boosted player ever, constantly feeding the enemy team while literally doing nothing to help us but spam his abilities hitting none of the enemies with them!

This is a prime example of when a vote-to-kick would have been ESSENTIAL and not just a nice-to-have.

Reduce Spike Rush agent selection time

Title. I hate waiting 70+ seconds just for an agent selection screen in spike rush. Many times someone is afk/dodges and there goes more than a minute of my time. As the game mode itself is short, so should be the agent selection time.

Could we have a spike rush with only: ghost Sherrif Guardian Marshall Vandal Phantom Operator ,please? Would play this version over normal spike rush 99/100 times.
