Chamber's ult is broken not because of the slow, but the rate of fire, scope speed, accuracy, and mobility both unscoped/scoped. This is an example how effective it is unscoped both close/mid range

Quick Tip: never play after 16:00 (4:00 PM) during weekdays
I usually play around 22:00 (10:00 PM).
But today i decided to start playing inbetween 16:00 - 19:00 and the difference is just unbelievable.
