Wanted to ask why people were able to play 2 matches on Saturday and then 2 on Monday

So this is regarding the Twitter post by Jeff Landa where they said that we could play only 2 matches per week and since my team had already played on Saturday, we took a break only to realise that their were a lot of teams that played 2 more on Monday bringing their total to a 4. Just wanted a clarification on this

EU players, is ranked better during the day or in the evening from your experience?

For me personally, playing early is worse than late at night. I feel like all the demons wake up, drink coffee and hop on no shower or nothing.
