I think it would fit in well with the other titles. So well in fact that I was surprised to find it missing.
I’m not sure if I’d use it, but even then it’d be nice to scroll past it when I pick other titles.

Different RR gains based on agent?
When I play Viper, I get like 16-17 RR maximum per win. When I play Sage, I get like 23rr. The results of the matches and ranks of opponents are pretty similar too. Weirdly enough I usually bottom frag on Sage while on Viper I get like 2nd...
