Got a notification halfway through a game saying it wasn't going to count for rank points anymore, so we surrendered. but then we still lost RR for the game?? We are so pissed and confused that first they duped us into thinking that our work was for nothing, only for it to really steal from us aswell. is this a glitch? or some sort of error? can we get refunded the RR in some way or it is just a fuck you to an hour and a half of my time.

Just found out this is a scam that someone on the other team used by putting tons of space in the chat so it wasn't from their name and doing a command to change the color. it sucks so bad because ive been struggling through elo hell to get back to my actual silver rank and had just lost some games. is there any chance riot can actually nullify that match?? i submitted a report on their website. have any of you guys also experienced this?
