every time I try and get into a game it works until the waiting part after agent select. The game just sort of buffers there for about 5 minutes before kicking me back into the queueing screen. Anyone else experiencing this?

My account was basically erased out of the blue and I am unable to log in, it’s like my account doesn’t exist anymore. I sent in a ticket to recover my account Tuesday with receipts of all my purchases and I haven’t heard anything back yet....
