There should be a timeout option for if a player disconnects due to a technical issue or to give a disconnected teammate a chance to come back. It could be once a game or one per half but there should be an option to call a timeout vote. My game crashed earlier and my team went a round without me while I had to relaunch this all could have been avoided by a short timeout.
